The Granite Technology Centre Foundation of Galicia is governed by the bylaws and specific regulations that define its organization, operation and management of the various activities, as well as the laws that apply.

In its bylaws, the FCTGG includes Galician Parliament Act 7/1983, of 22 June, Regulating Foundations of Galician Interest, Act 3/2002, of 29 April, on administrative and tax measures, and Decree 248/1992, of 18 June, approving the Regulations for the Organization and Operation of the Protectorate of Foundations of Galician Interest.
